Week Three, I’ve lost three pounds, my first proper loss. The diet and exercise regimen has well and truly begun to me now and the game is afoot! This picture is my page 1 and I feel so happy although I’ve only lost three pounds, I feel so much more confident already, I hope that my confidence and self esteem grows and grows as my waistline hopefully shrinks and shrinks! My main problem area is my chest and tummy. Learning to love my fat ass, one day at a time I swear.
